Perpetualicons.com client can return products in the following situations:
- Packages presents severe damage;
- The products were shipped / invoiced wrong. Delivery of products other than those required to be reported immediately. The buyer may have to return it for replacement and if the product is not in stock, can opt for replacement or full refund of the consideration. If they agree to replace it with a product of greater value, will pay you the difference or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the replacement product. Transport costs for product return and replacement, if any, shall be paid by the customer.
- Products manufacturing defects;
- The buyer has the right to notify the Seller in writing to waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days after receiving the product. Also, in accordance with art. 7 paragraph. 1 of Ordinance 130/2000, the buyer has the right to cancel the distance contract in writing within 14 days of receipt of product / products without penalty and without giving any reason. In this case, the direct cost of returning the goods will fall by law the purchaser.
- If it is agreed to replace with a higher value product, the Buyer shall pay you the difference or if the value is lower, you will receive a partial refund up to the replacement product. Transport costs for product return and replacement, if any, shall be paid by the Buyer. Where products whose return is requested damaged or incomplete packaging shows traces of wear, scratches, bumps, we reserve the right to decide whether to accept the return or stop an amount, the amount will be communicated after assessing damages caused.
An exception to the right of return and refund are the ia kits of which envelope with instructions were unsealed after delivery.
When exercising the legal right to return the product, it will be a refund by bank transfer to the account specified by the Purchaser within 14 days of return.
